Business Development

Customer Success

Our account managers and customer success managers are in daily contact with our brand partners, making sure they have everything they need to maximise their student revenue. They are a big part of why brands say they love to work with us at Student Beans.


The Student Beans website and app are the great work of our engineering team, comprised of back end, front end, devops and Android developers. They innovate the site, ensuring it is robust and scalable. Find out more about life in the engineering team here.


The product team is made up of product managers, product designers and business intelligence. They are the visionaries behind each new development and innovation you see on our website and app, taking inspiration from user research and the latest tech trends.


Our marketing team are responsible for ensuring every student knows about Student Beans and all our partners. The team is both creative and results-driven, comprised of expert content marketers, social media managers, CRM managers, user insights and more.


Our creative team is a group of talented designers and creative artworkers, who oversee our visual brand across all our B2C and B2B campaigns. Their areas of responsibility include concept planning, visual strategy and branding.


Our operations team create efficiency by offering operational support for our clients, consumers, and all other departments of Student Beans. Their role in the business includes content management, client and customer service and artworking.

Business Management

These are the people that keep the company running day-to-day, including recruitment, employee experience, finance, project management and facilities management. They ensure ultimate efficiency, hire to protect our culture, and are responsible for supporting our growing global team.
