Student Beans takes on YMS19 LDN

Last week we descended on London’s Old Truman Brewery for YMS, the world's leading youth marketing festival, hosted by our sister company Voxburner.

As the youth market is key to our business here at Student Beans, YMS is a must-attend event, and we were there in full force. Not only did we enjoy the panels, keynotes and networking opportunities, but we also had our own stand in the exhibition area, where we caught up with many of our brand partners, who joined us at the event, and showcased Student Beans to the thousands of youth marketing professionals in attendance.

Student Beans hosted the Retail Stream at YMS this year, which gave our Commercial Director Simon Eder the chance to interview leading youth brands such as Nike and Facebook live on stage.

We also took part in the Student Marketing Stream, where our Marketing Director Rachel Delaney joined a panel on experiential marketing, alongside our friends at The Tab, BAM Agency, and more.

YMS also saw the launch of Voxburner’s Youth Trends Report 2019, which highlights the emerging trends among the UK’s 16-24s. This year’s report features a contribution from us at Student Beans, revealing the results of our recent survey of brand marketers on their most effective student strategies.
